This site is provided for your enjoyment and participation. We are professional graphic artists and design interpreters in the machine embroidery arena.

Designs from The Busy Mouse and Needle are located on a remote server. When your payment is received, your designs will be forwarded to your e-mail address that is Registered to this site. Visitors must read the license agreement to access the Design Library.

NOTICE TO ATW VISITORS: Your free design of the day will be sent by reply e-mail in PES format. Please specify the DATE and FILE NAME in your e-mail request.

Effective 7-30-07 all designs will be developed in Artista 5.0 format, unless specified otherwise. Downloads will be provided in PES 6. Design sewout will be validated on a Bernina E730(ART) and Viking Designer I(HUS,VIP). Design sets ordered on CD or DVD will include formats for HUS, ART5, PES6,PCS, DST, SEW and JEF supported machines.

	Many of our designs were produced from public domain artwork and licensed art files. Most are original creations that are copyrighted by the orignal artist. Please feel free to use the embroidery design files for your personal use, but do not transfer the designs themselves. You may donate, trade, sell or give as gifts any item produced using these designs, but the designs as files must not be transfered, traded or sold without specific written permission from the web site director. Violations will be reported to the Embroidery Protection Software Coalition and proscecuted to the full extent of the law.
